We consider the industrial application of projected cork in emulsion VIPEQ-F08 as the most appropriate mean of Uralita roofing encapsulate (asbestos cement) to enforce European law at a much lower economic cost in comparison to the removal and recycling option (that is, hiring a specialised enterprise in coating demolition, provided that it is registered in the National Asbestos Registry System, and taking into account that the debris are to be disposed of in authorised dumps, prior payment of a fee and responsabilities for 5 years, afterwards, the installation of a new roof will be needed).

There should be also considered the increase in value of the industrial buildings/premises both for energy efficiency and aesthetic criteria.
